  8. Image View 95. Unless you have a different license agreement signed by 
  9. EarthWare Limited your use of Image View 95 you indicates your acceptance 
  10. of this license agreement and warranty.

  23. One registered copy of Image View 95 may either be used by a single person 
  24. who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a 
  25. single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both.

  27. You may access the registered version of Image View 95 through a network, 
  28. provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering 
  29. all workstations that will access the software through the network. For 
  30. instance, if 8 different workstations will access Image View 95 on the 
  31. network, each workstation must have its own Image View 95 license, regardless 
  32. of whether they use Image View 95 at different times or concurrently.

  34. Except to the extent expressly licensed herein, all rights are reserved to 
  35. EarthWare Limited and its suppliers. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, 
  36. or disassemble Image View 95.

  38. Limited Warranty and Limitation of remedies:

  40. NO WARRANTIES. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EarthWare 
  41. Limited expressly disclaims any warranty for Image View 95. Image View 95 and 
  42. any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind,
  43. either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied 
  44. warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The entire 
  45. risk arising out of use or performance of Image View 95 remains with you. 
  46. EarthWare Limited's entire liability and your exclusive remedy, at EarthWare 
  47. Limited's option, shall be the cost of Image View 95 or its replacement with
  48. another copy of the Image View 95. To the maximum extent permitted by 
  49. applicable law, in no event shall EarthWare Limited or its suppliers be 
  50. liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for 
  51. loss of business profit, business interruption, loss of business information, 
  52. or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use this 
  53. EarthWare Limited product, even if EarthWare Limited has been advised of the 
  54. possibility of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow 
  55. the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental 
  56. damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.

  61. Evaluation and Registration

  63. Image View 95 is not free software. You are hereby licensed to use 
  64. Image View 95 for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30 days. 
  65. If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period a registration 
  66. fee is required as described in the file ORDER.TXT.

  68. Unregistered use of Image View 95 after the 30 day evaluation period is in 
  69. violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

  73. You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Shareware version of 
  74. Image View 95 and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the 
  75. original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the Shareware version 
  76. of the software and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic 
  77. means. There is no charge for any of the above.

  79. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for 
  80. any such copies, however made; and from distributing the software and/or 
  81. documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior
